This tool runs entirely in your browser. Uploaded PDFs and manually-entered data are parsed locally; no information is sent to a server, stored in a database, or persisted between sessions. When you close this browser tab, all client data in this session is cleared. This is not a HIPAA-compliant data system. Do not paste, upload, or enter information you are not authorized to view in your current setting.

The PDF parser is designed for the iXG CoreSignal Panel report format. It extracts marker fold-change values, patient identifiers, and sample metadata. You are responsible for verifying that the values extracted match the original report — open the PDF alongside the dashboard the first time you import a new test format. Other gene-expression test reports cannot be parsed and will produce an error.
